Band 5

Newly Qualified Practitioner

HCPC-registered practitioner delivering autonomous care within scope of practice. Develop clinical reasoning, complete preceptorship, build caseload management skills across varied settings.

Band 6

Senior Practitioner / Specialist

Lead on specific clinical areas, supervise junior staff, manage complex caseloads. Develop specialty interests such as respiratory physiotherapy, hand therapy, or advanced imaging techniques.

Advanced Practitioner / Team Lead
